Fantastic FLGS that started as a used book store and it is one of the few comic book/board games stores in the city I live in. The store carries comics, board games, manga and all sorts of other collectibles. Great selection of games and getting them to order in games is usually not an issue. Pre-orders are more than welcome as well.

Great FLGS if you happen to live in Regina, SK, Canada. They have a downtown location as well that hosts MTG tournaments as well as carrying Warhammer miniatures
