Most of our board games prices are priced 35% off of the msrp (manufacturers suggested retail price) and most of our collectible games are priced at 30% off of the msrp. I have shopped here online more than a few times and have been happy every time. They tend to have prices even lower than miniature market and coolstuff. One the best things about them is how fast I get things when they ship.
I had a bad experience with Cardhaus. My girlfriend bought me Bruges expansion but it never arrives. Since last year (around October or November 2014). I’ve already contact them by email several times but their responses were only to wait. My last email, last month was not replied yet (or maybe never). I don’t know what to do. In short, my girlfriend was traumatic to order from them again, and so do I. Very disappointing.
Cardhaus sometimes has prices better than MM or CSI. However they have NO customer service. They do not answer the phone ever. They are the only one of these companies that will not let you modify an order. I have Troyes and Feast for Odin on an order together. I asked them if I could make another order and have them switch stuff around on the orders so that I can get the stuff on my current order that is already released(Feast for Odin) before the preorder items(Troyes which has been delayed for a while). While I have done this many times with CSI and MM(Miniature Market has a great Customer Hold program that allows you to order each item individually and link all the orders you want to when you are ready to ship them) Cardhaus responded with “Unfortunately we cannot do that. The only thing we can do is cancel your current order and have you place new orders.” Which would leave me paying ten dollars more for Feast for Odin if I beat everyone else to it because it is not available on Cardhaus anymore. I haven’t heard anything back from them since. I have called over ten times and as I have said they do not answer their phones and I have sent several emails which they still do not reply to. If your shipment gets to you without Cardhaus’ poor packaging causing damage to your purchased goods then Lucky You, otherwise I’m sorry for your loss and I hope that you can one day get ahold of them. In my opinion the dollar or two saved buying from Cardhaus is not worth the complete lack of customer service that comes along with it.
