“Good game but you need a strategy”

This is a game i have played several times and although I know it’s not a game I am going to win I still enjoy it each time I play. The game is fairly simple to understand it’s just figuring out your strategy to win an how to adapt that strategy when someone else is using the same one that is hard about this game. The rounds are pretty simple. You’ll have a token(or 2 is playing 2-3 people) for 1 of the 4 parts of each round in front of you and these are randomly assigned at the beginning of the game to let you know what part of the round you are the starting player on. The first part is buying people that will generate most of your income in the game. You have several to choose from and they will have symbols in the upper right hand corner which will tell you what they can be upgraded to. Each double that you purchase costs 1 less the stated value on the card so that is something to keep in mind when you play. The second part is buying buildings which will mostly get you VPs. The third part is purchasing nobles which will give you money and/or VPs. The forth part is upgrading the first 3 (people, buildings, nobles). It’s a good game that I highly recommend you try as I have not done the game justice.
