A game with great components, all the wooden bits make the box really heavy! It’s a great game to look at once everything is on the table.
Unfortunately, in my opinion it’s not an easy game to get into. Obviously, if you don’t know what you are doing (you really need to plan ahead) or what the others players are doing then you are not going to do very well.
I’m not usually prone to analysis paralysis, but with this game I would really struggle with the choices I had to make. Coupled with the fact that you could end up with a hand of useless cards, while the other players seem to get game breaking cards that give bonuses every turn (card drafting would solve this), does not equate to a fun time.
Maybe I’m just bad at this game!
