Transylvania: Curses and Traitors

Transylvania: Curses & Traitors is an adventure and exploration game. Players take on the role of fearless adventurers on a quest to break the curse over Transylvania. To do this they must explore the dark lands to find the clues they'll need. But beware, many adventurers have tried and died in the attempt, and the knowledge that you seek may also turn you into the bloodthirsty monsters you and the other players are trying to destroy!

Paths to Victory

1. Collect Quest Cards: As you explore you will have the opportunity to earn Quest cards. You must collect the correct combination of cards to break the curse and return to the Church Tile with them. If you do so then you complete your quest, earn your reward and return home victorious (i.e. you win the game).
2. Become a Monster: Also within the Quest deck are cards that will transform you into one of the vicious Monsters that terrorize the land. If you are transformed into the Vampire, the Werewolf or the Zombie you must kill your former companions. Once you have met your body count quota you live in infamy terrorizing the countryside - it is good to be a Monster (and you win the game).
3. Kill a Monster: Once a Monster has been revealed Adventurers have the opportunity to go toe-to-toe with these dangerous creatures. There are items in the Quest deck to aid you and if you manage to slay one of these horrible beasts your fame is assured. You travel the globe as a world-class monster killer (and you win the game).
