Pandemic
Pandemic isn’t an overly complicated game. All the basics can be picked up from a very fast (10 minutes) dry run with 3 new players and 1 person explaining. It’s always surprising to see how quickly new players will pick up and suggest strategies. As a co-op game the barriers to entry are lower- with no specific player being the loser it eliminates newbie frustration. Losses can be just as exciting (if not more so) than wins due to the last minute rally it requires from players. Highly recommended.
