This weekend we will be testing our wits in the Mage Wars arena. We’ll also be working together to help save a kingdom in peril as we venture through the world of Mice and Mystics!
What adventures will you be going on this weekend?
I plan on running through Chapter 2 of Mice & Mystics with my daughters in the morning and running through Chapter 1 of Mice & Mystics tomorrow night when teaching the game to others.
After teaching and playing Dominion to/with my wife the last couple of weeks, I might try to learn and teach some Le Havre.
If that does not stick, I will have some solo fix of LotR LCG or Thunderstone.
I don’t know why I bother predicting what we’ll play, but here goes anyway. We have already had a (rather awkward, just learning) game of go which I wasn’t expecting. This weekend I’m predicting Catan Junior and maybe a bit of Dominion. We’ll see what happens…
We’ll hopefully have some friends over tonight for Ticket To Ride: India or Settlers of America, maybe break into a new game on Saturday, and hoping to bring a variety of games (maybe Dominion) to a friend’s birthday party on Sunday.
Going to try to get through the rest of the intro scenarios for Earth Reborn with my son, then my daughter is begging to play DnD: Legend of Drizzt. Gotta love it when the kiddies always want to do the opposite. But, more game time for me so it’s all good!
I’ll be playing a recent Kickstarter game called Expedite. It is similar to Ticket to Ride except it uses airplanes. I also hope to get in a game or two of 3012, the new deck building game from Cryptozoic.
pathfinder, 7 wonders and demo-ing a friend’s game.
i’ll be playing some l5r rpg, lord of the rings lgc, and hopefully pathfinder or weapons of the gods.
Rockin’ some Hunters 2 (Space Hulk) on the iPhone, plus a bunch of Summoner Wars.
Just played Survive: Escape from Atlantis and a few games of King of Tokyo!
We’ll be playing some more Alien Frontiers, Libertalia, and Smash Up. I just got a copy of Doctor Who: the Card Game… so we will try that out. Hopefully, we’ll get a chance to play Mice and Mystics.
Playing Sentinels of the Multiverse tonight. My son wants to try Gears of War, so I may break that out tomorrow.

This weekend is hijacked by a conference in Chicago. I have to get home to Sweden soon so that serious gaming can resume!
Smash Up, Touched by Evil and other fun.
Dungeon Quest, maybe Settlers of Catan, maybe Troyes and others. Who knows?
Going to try to play some Marvel Legendary along with a couple chapters of Mice and Mystics hopefully!

Huge game of Talisman is going down on Saturday night followed by some Railways of the World and possibly Ora et Labora on Sunday.
Some role playing (AD&D, yes, old school!) this weekend, but I’ll squeeze in some Settlers along the way.
Finally – Axis & Allies will make a long-awaited return to my gaming group. Also hope to get in some 7 Wonders, Tsuro, and History of the World.
Looks like Summoner Wars and Pathfinder get thrown into the mix. Looking forward to it!
