Myth by Megacon Games just came in the mail this week! I’ve looked through all the components and have been enjoying the amazing eye candy. Whether I actually “play” the game this weekend depends on that awesome rulebook. I choose to say awesome so I don’t feel intimidated 🙂

I’m bringing 50 games over to a 3000 square foot retail space for a free public game night in order to spread the word of our Spielbound Kickstarter! So no clue what I’ll play, but a lot of games will be played! 😀
We only had a chance to play this evening- I don’t think we will play Saturday or Sunday.
Tonight we had our first play of Titanium Wars. 3 players – we got some rules wrong but had fun in the process. My 15-year-old son won (our family’s default).
We had just an hour left to play so we pulled out Eminent Domain. It was a solid and close game (I have finally overcome my son’s dominance in this game (all games)). I finally feel that we know various strategies and how everything works. We have the expansion and will probably break it out for our next play.
I’m planning on Kingsburg, SoTM: Vengeance, Chaos Mauraders and Ghost Stories this weekend… but I had a @Jay-level success rate of 1/3 on last week’s picks, so who knows…
Top priority this weekend goes to BattleStar Galactica that friends will be bringing to play tomorrow night. Other than that, more Takenoko, SotM, Jaipur, Citadels, and perhaps another game of Agents of S.M.E.R.S.H.
Hopefully, I’ll be playing a little X-Wing this weekend. Otherwise, it will probably be another weekend of solo ventures (probably Marvel Legendary since I just got the latest expansion).

Its funny how different Shadow over Camelot plays than Battlestar Galactica…both games have a probable traitor element,and yet everyone and i mean everyone gets paranoid when playing Battlestar…where as Shadow seems almost fluffy!! In comparison..
I love both games,and love being the traitor and the cylon…

It’s Mothers Day on Sunday so I guess I get to pick the games then 🙂 I quite fancy Firefly again or possibly S.P.A.N.C., which we haven’t played for a bit. Maybe Munchkin might be available too!
Just bought Love Letter, Galaxy Trucker and Forbidden Desert for weekend gaming. Hope they are good choices 😀

Play testing the 2 player addition and new Bonus Crew cards for the upcoming Scalawag! expansion.
Going to an Android: Netrunner tournament tomorrow, I hope that’s fun! Also I’ll be trying out a few games I got, namely Hanabi and Walk The Dogs. Maybe I’ll get in some Pandemic too!

Glad to be of service! I think the “meh” reaction is because nobody else at my table has seen or played it. Once the traitor element comes into play and the game becomes a real challenge, I think it will become a quick favorite.
When I first broke out 7 Wonders and was going through the rules, I got some dirty looks and angry reactions because it sounded “way too hard”. It’s now in the Top 3 games played at our apartment, and I really think Shadows Over Camelot will work its way into that rotation as well.

Just picked up Android: Netrunner, so hopefully some of that. Also considering Space Alert, RoboRally, Robinson Crusoe, and PitchCar.
May some Multiverse, Star Wars LVG, Space Program…. Not sure…
Hopefully, getting to play City of Iron again this weekend.
Last week we ended up with an unplanned flight down to my in-laws, so we canceled our game of Arkham Horror.
I had just gotten copies of Coup and The Resistance, so I brought them along. 7 of us ended up playing, and boy was it fun to watch my in-laws bluff.
My wife’s 82 year old Grandmother loved it, and even though English isn’t her native language, she ended up convincing us she wasn’t the spy, all the way to our third failed mission.
My mother-in-law, on the other hand, thought that spies should always fail missions… she’s an honest person and took much encouraging that pretending to be good was part of being bad.
Just goes to show gaming transcends cultural and generational gaps.
We’re playing MYTH (again) as well, but planning on breaking out other games between Acts.
Options currently include Shadows Over Camelot, which is getting a dry reception from everyone but me, Small World with the Tales & Legends deck, and probably Wiz-War to rid ourselves of a bit of that cooperative baggage.
I also got a text as I was typing this that says “Can we PLEASE play King of Tokyo tomorrow?”, so that one made the short list.
Busy weekend…Mothers Day on Sunday. Going to try to have a QUICK!!! game of Middle Earth Quest,as have got a games day on the 11th April.and I know they want to play it…
Also will probably have another go of The Walking Dead game(ZMAN)…to try to iron out some rules…I put a question on the discussion page about,if anyone knows the answer that would be great..
