We played Belfort. (Have you seen the background on the Belfort game page?) We also played Blue Moon City, Yspahan, and 3-player Tichu.
That was the first time I’d played Tichu with 3 players and Jose (as he will forever be known in our circles). It was much different than the more common 4-player game.
Attended Winter Fantasy 2013 in scenic Ft Wayne, IN, USA.
Played alot of D&D 4E (like everyone else there), but also availed ourselves this year’s Big Add: the GenCon Boardgame Library!
Taught: 10 DAYS IN EUROPE, MEMOIR 44, COSMIC ENCOUNTER, LORD OF THE RINGS (Knizia’s co-op), & NO THANKS!
Learned: VILLAGE, WITCH’S BREW, & CABLE CAR.
Played (again): CITADELS, & SETTLERS (on the 3D Wooden Box set!)

Met some AWESOME new gamers from all over the country and had a BLAST!
As usual my predictions were completely off. But it was a pretty good weekend for gaming: Canal Mania, Crazy Creatures of Dr Doom, Sleeping Queens, Loot, Enuk and Citadels. Not bad, I reckon.
I have played Bluff; Seasons; Flapjacks and Sasquatches; Heisse Offen; Last Panther; and 6 Nimmt. Today I will try out Fantastica and maybe Zoneplex as well as Empires of the Void.
Quiet week-end for gaming. I’ve been on a business trip, so I only got in a solo game of Elder Sign, and a game of Politico: the Fall of Caesar ( a fun little card game from Small Box Games). I hope to get more in this week.
It’s going to be a good weekend. So far, I’ve played Tzolk’in (my favorite new game), Smash Up, Blokus, FormulaD, and Libertalia. I’m hoping to get in a game of Village tomorrow… And maybe Trajan. Good times.
Our Wednesday gaming group will have an emergency meeting on Thursday! Hopefully we will be trying out Space Cadets, maybe Lords of Waterdeep, both inspired from all of your suggestions in “Best of 2012” news report.

Pulled off plays of Galaxy Trucker, Android: Netrunner, Escape, Legendary, a run at a WoW Dungeon deck, and Warhammer: Invasion.
