Unfortunately we’ve been having difficulty finding time for board games since the holidays, and we’re very backed up on games waiting for a first play. If we manage to get to anything this weekend it will probably be Zombicide: Black Plague.

Agreed, BSG is a fantastic experience even though we’re usually sure the cylons is gonna win. Last time we played (7 players) was my first time as Cylon and I really didn’t do anything serious and the second cylon player got exposed on the very first turn…
We still won quite handily.
@HarryCallaghan79: BSG is a great game. My gaming group is gearing up to play the whole campaign (4 straight games) in mid-February. We played the whole campaign this past July. Cylons romped taking 3 of 4 games. It was a lot of fun!
Just a couple of titles played this weekend, both two player with my GF.
We played Takenoko with the Chibis expansion. This seemed to increase the complexity a little and made it a little more difficult to complete those objectives!
We also had a game of Elder Signs which we’d picked up recently. We were devoured when Yig awakened and we didn’t have the cards to discard. That’ll teach us!
Also managed to pick up a copy of At the Gates of Loyang, which I’ve been after for ages. I played it once many years ago so I’ve read up on the rules again. Hoping to play this with the GF during the week.
Addicted to Battlestar Galactica at the moment. Keep drawing the you’re not a cylon, though. Can’t wait to be evil and mess with everyone.

We’ve had a bit of snow the last few days so the kids have been enjoying a lot of time outside which means a tired dad as well..

The Boy got a box full of King’s Forge and expansions this week. Gave it a starter game play through and it seems fun enough.
Saturday Game Night was worker placement themed. Squeaked a win in like a ninjette with YEDO, did not do exceptionally well in Euphoria, and then decimated the table in Argent *hee hee*
Tonight – after waiting a week and a half to break the shrink we are going to play Fury of Dracula 2ed. I am claiming my ancestor character and permitting not a molecule of food or beverage at the table.
Finally got to play some Welcome to the Dungeon, CV, and Ticket to Ride today.

Celebrated my wifes friend birthday at our place. Played Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective, Spyfall and Mr. Bean The Game with proper rules. Also played modified drinking game version of Outburst!
Got to play Spyfall for the first time since Christmas. We also got a game of 7 Wonders in.
Played Myth and Legendary: Marvel solo today. Will be playing Zombicide Black Plague and Codenames with the family tomorrow.
Played a solo game Warhammer Quest: Adventure card game friday. Great game which is not on this site yet.
I plan to play Survive: Space Attack; Chimera; Star Trek: 5 year Mission; and Arboretum.
I usually play a few rounds of Friday with my son as his Board Games 101, a couple of Lord of solo Lord of the Rings LCG and some Pandemic and Viceroy with my wife – both solid as 2p.
We got our first play of Fury of Dracula in last night. Missed a few rules, but we still had a great experience. Hoping to get another play plus maybe something else…
