Well, we played our first game of Relic today. I lost terribly. FFG seems to have left all the bad parts of Talisman… runaway leader, runaway loser (me), and game dragging on if no one decides to move into the center, etc. However, the theme is very strong, and I can’t help but feel compelled to redeem myself with a different character. It’s a sickness.
I’ll be playing Mage Wars and Sentinels with the kids, and some Space Cadets and Zombicide with the whole family. I’m not certain if I’ll be able to get Clash of Cultures to the table anytime soon, but it looks very fun.
I’m planning on showing my friends how Starfarers of Catan plays, after having talked about it at several occacions but never gotten around to actually play it.
Ive been getting in a good amount of Stone Age on my iPhone. It has been pretty good. Easy to learn too.
Tonight Im heading over to the game store for a night of gaming. Should be a good time. I love playing games Ive never played before so that is what I will be looking for.
Hosting a game night and it looks like where gonna be six players this time. The plan is:
1. Escape the Curse of the Temple – With expansion so SIX player Escape!
2. Agricola – A buddy is taking some extra Agricola stuff over so we will attempt six player Agricola, hopefully the downtime will not be to killer.
3. ? – Players choice 🙂
I’m heading to Planet Comicon and will be cross-promoting for a local gaming convention, KantCon, so I should be playing several games this weekend. Hopefully I’ll get in quite a few of the following: King of Tokyo, RoboRally, Zpocalypse, Flash Point, Betrayal at House on the Hill, Sentinels of the Multiverse, and Zombicide.
Well, I’m off for a day at TringCon tomorrow, so expect to be playing quite a lot of games. I’ve no idea what I’ll actually end up playing but my wish list for the day includes El Grande, Modern Art, Tonga Bonga, Steel Driver and Hanabi. And Love Letter is almost inevitable (I’ve already been playing it with my daughter, who is hooked!)
Played a game of Forbidden Island with my daughter last night, so now I’m in the mood for co-ops. Hoping to get in a game of Flashpoint: Fire Rescue and maybe even Defenders of the Realm this week-end.
Railways of the Eastern United States is on tap for us at least once this weekend. We’re also still exploring the expansions to Sentinels of the Multiverse.
Maybe a solitaire game, Napoleon Campaign, Hornet leader or U-Boat leader (all DVG), another Possibily is LOTR LCG

Most likely Flash Point, Puerto Rico, with some other Euros mixed in…
Looks like we’re getting together to play Eclipse this weekend. Should be fun!

Looking forward to some Battlestar Galactica. Will most likely collaborate a few games of Android: Netrunner.
Just picked up Small World Realms so we will give that a go, and then we’re planning on learning Arkham Horror down at the LGS.
Think I’ll give Settlers of Catan a go, got Cities and Knights expansion but haven’t played it yet.

Nothing for me this weekend but very much looking forward to getting my hands on ‘Catan – Explorers and Pirates’ expansion!
