These games will be explorable until next Monday, April 14th.
After you’ve explored these games, let us know what you think about them in the comments below!
@coltsfan76 I think the first time I played Morels was using the Fungi version. I guess we can post those rules, although there are some minor differences.
Edit: I’m a step slow today.
Takenoko is my favorite game to play with my kids. Morels is a game I enjoy playing with my husband. I hurt him.
@coltsfan76
I love Morels and forgot about the Fungi edition. Their additions of a Foot Card and an alternate way to set up the forest are interesting choices.
What about the Pegasus Spiel version called Fungi? There rules are here: http://www.pegasus.de/fileadmin/_downloads/regeln/englisch/Fungi_-_Anleitung_gb.pdf
The only link to rules I could find were on that other site 🙂
If someone finds a link with the Morels rules, please let me know and I can add it to the game page to make it easier to fully explore 🙂
@Utter It is possible if you know the secret. Read all the reviews and review them. Watch all the videos. Check out the links. Follow the game to learn more…
…click on the timer when it shows up in the corner.
Edit: Shadrach beat me to it…

@Utter – It is possible, just a lot trickier. Hourglass, visit the website, rate all reviews, rate a tip, watch a video, follow the game, and play the game. (Unless you’re one of the reviewers, like me. I’m going to have a very challenging time getting that last one on there.)
I know I had problems with Haggis two weeks ago because there weren’t enough things for me to get the game exploration without saying I played it when I really hadn’t. So I got to nine out of ten steps completed, then Monday rolled around again.
These are both great games. Takenoko is a unique family game with enough strategy to keep gamers interested…if they can get past the cuteness of the components (it is very cute). Bauza strikes again.
Morels is one of my favorite 2-player card games. It’s a strangely challenging game wrapped in whimsical children’s book art. A small hand size requirement makes decisions sometimes very agonizing, but I feel this creates a compelling challenge. It is worth checking out if you can find the opportunity to play. You can purchase this on the publishers website.
So is it even possible to finish the morels game exploration since there aren’t 6 reviews or rules available?
I don’t get nervous until about Tuesday night. 🙂
Was starting to think they weren’t coming. Thanks again Jim.
