Glad you like the work! I gladly accept hugs (thanks Hai!), attaboys, and Likes for my reviews. 😀

I can’t guarantee I’ll get your favorite game up as quickly as you might like — just know that I am paying attention to the Game Requests list, both from a “newer/hotter games” standpoint and a “long overdue” standpoint. Sharpening my Google Fu while researching games to add is a good way to take a brain break from other things.

Glad to see games finally added to the site! I remember the old Shadowrun series when one of my buddies had it. Although more of a war gamer now than RPG, my curiosity is peaked by the mention of a Shadowrun deck building game. Just really glad to see the Memoir 44 expansion D-Day Landings added to the list. This is an expansion of maps that fit together to make one heck of a D-Day map! I don’t have enough table space to do all six maps! The disadvantage to this expansion is that you will have to have more than one base game to play multiple maps, but if you have a gaming group with multiple base sets, then you have it. I have one buddy with a base set, and myself, but then we don’t have enough room to do more than two maps anyway!

My first experience of crossing gaming with the Shadowrun series occurred on the Sega Genesis back in the 90’s. Now a decent board/card game adaptation brings itself to my attention, just when I thought my wallet was safe for a bit. 🙂

I’ve got Shadowrun sitting on the shelf waiting to be played. I feel like I need to put together a game group like I did for Risk: Legacy.

I have a few of these games, and I’m happy to see them listed:

Star Realms: Thanks for adding this fantastic little deck builder. I suggest everyone give this a shot.

Five Tribes: Mancala with super powers.

Tragedy Looper: We are still figuring this baby out. It’s difficult, because you don’t want to ruin it by reading the rules, but someone HAS to read the rules.

Black Fleet: Is kind of like a family Merchant and Marauders. It’s a really nice game flying under the radar.

Legendary Encounters: It needs to be played. I think this one is destined to be a staple…we’ll see.

Ca$h ‘n’ Gun$: I broke down and bought the second edition, because it supposedly fixes some issues I had with the first, but I will miss the bang bang bang cards.

Blood Bound: This is a nice little bluffing game I just found a couple weeks ago.

This is a good list of which I’ve played most…and liked most.

@Jim I would love to own Shadowrun Crossfire (for all my deckbuilding whims) but The Boy is waiting to nab a Doomtown from CSI so he can get his precious discount! ARGH! I did get to caress it at the FLGS this past weekend. The scars from ‘Bridesmadery at the Destination Wedding that killed Gen Con’ just run deeper and deeper. 🙁 (That and getting beat out by kiddie pictures in the #GenCant ‘Win a Possible Doomtown’ photo contest! Two nominations and zippo! I should have busted out The Nieces!)

So many ‘Wants’ on this list – I need more Wishlist shelf space! 🙂

@Jeff W Thanks for rocking the shelf stocking! *hug*

Jeff W. is rockin’ with adding games to the site! I’d love to see some opinions and reviews of the Shadowrun Crossfire game… that one has been on my radar for awhile now 🙂
