If your looking for a game to kickstart “Dead Men Tell No Tales” is going to be the next big co-op game. It seems to bring all the old co-ops into one solid Pirate themed game. I’m excited.

My carry-overs include Hyground Terrain Tiles, Warband: Against the Darkness, Dead Men Tell No Tales, Roar-a-Saurus, Clockwork Kingdom, Dragon Tides, Poseidon’s Kingdom and Coconuts Duo.

Only one newly-backed campaign since last week (a record for me!):

King Down: I was always interested in The Agents (unique gameplay, plastic cards… sounds good), but the theme kept me away. And I can count the times I’ve played Chess on one hand. But this “prequel” to Chess by the designer of The Agents looks like fun, and I love the miniatures. The distance between stretch goals is a minor red flag though.

I also backed Orcs Orcs Orcs when it launched but backed out over the “middle finger” controversy. I didn’t notice it on the artwork when I originally backed, and it’s probably the most unnecessary thing I’ve seen in a game. When other backers started attacking us parents for putting parenting first I knew it was best to walk away. I’m also pretty surprised Justin DeWitt isn’t getting a designer credit – it is about 80% Castle Panic. I would expect he get the same kind of sub-credit that Alan Moon got on Isla Dorada.

I’m on KS break until One Night Ultimate Werewolf: Daybreak appears. Usually shipping to Norway is a killer albeit Queen Games do have one of the better deals there.

Then again, as I have 2-3 friends who keep backing all the interesting games I usually doesn’t have to.
