“"You have failed this multiverse!"”

The Arrow Crossover Pack has a unified mechanic for its superheroes, supervillains, and cards which involves taking cards from the lineup and main deck and putting them underneath your superhero card — while this is a good mechanic overall, it tends to chew through the main deck very quickly, and as such, would be Even More Impossible Mode for the cooperative Crisis Expansions. Strongly recommend not combining the two.

“No, you have *really* failed this city”

It is very easy for someone to get into a situation where they “run up the score” in DCDBG by avoiding the Super Villains and continuing to buy cards from the lineup, exacerbated with the Arrow expansion with the card Moira Queen which lets you put cards under your Superhero and rack up Victory Points in doing so. We have found it useful to implement the following House Rule to avoid people playing counter to the spirit of the game — encouraging them to fight the Super Villains instead of greedily accumulating power/VP.

If you generated enough Power to defeat the Super Villain two turns in a row, but failed to do so, you must discard two cards at random after drawing at the end of your second turn. Increase the number of cards discarded by one for each additional turn in which this condition is met.
