Pandemic

Pandemic is a fast-paced, co-op game that let’s you fight to save the world from being ravaged by four diseases. This game is so much fun to play!

Each character has unique abilities that will help you cure and eradicate each disease. But be smart in your choices! Any moment you could draw an epidemic card and the diseases spread, making it even more difficult to cure them.

This was definitely a favorite with my friends when I brought it to the gaming table. For an added bit of atmosphere, we played it with Contagion playing on the TV!

If you read my review on the core game then you know how much I love Betrayal at House on the Hill.

Widow’s Walk, basically, doubles the outcomes of the game and enhances the overall core game. You get a whole other floor to explore, new items, new omens, and new events.

My one gripe would be, I would have liked a few more characters to add to the list. While it’s not that big of a deal I like having options.

If you loved Betrayal, get Widow’s Walk! Everyone who enjoys horror should have this in their collection!

I am a huge horror fan and this game delivers BIG TIME! Perfect for Halloween!

The game starts off co-op and then once the “Haunt” occurs all* breaks loose and the fun really begins.

I love how you build the house as you play and the fact that there are so many ways the story can play out. The creators have thrown so many horror staples into this game, you can’t help but love them for it.

The only downfall I can think of is learning how to play. Like most games that are a bit more in depth, Betrayal takes some time to learn. once you do, though, you are gonna be in for a real treat.

This game is the reason I have become so involved in tabletop gaming! Give it a try!
